How a job runs.

1. 01

   Scope

   You send the site, the work, and the dates. We identify the road authority and what the layout has to account for.

   What we need from you

   • Site address and the limits of the work
   • What the work is, and how long it runs
   • Dates, hours, and whether nights are an option
   • Lane, sidewalk, and driveway impact
2. 02

   Plan & permit

   We prepare the traffic management plan to MoTI, TAC, and municipal requirements, then submit it on your behalf.

   What goes into the plan

   • Work zone layout and device placement
   • Flagger positions and communication protocol
   • Certification levels of the crew on site
   • Detour routing where required
   • Contingencies for weather and emergency access
3. 03

   Crew dispatched

   BC TCP certified flaggers arrive with the signage, devices, and paperwork the approved plan calls for.

   What arrives on site

   • BC TCP certified flaggers, in full PPE
   • Signage, cones, delineators, and barricades per the plan
   • Arrow boards or message signs where called for
   • The approved plan itself, on site and in hand
4. 04

   Monitored throughout

   Devices go in to spec and the site is watched for the duration — not set and left. Conditions change; the setup keeps up.

   What we watch

   • Device positions against the approved layout
   • Queue length and how traffic is actually behaving
   • Sight lines as light and weather change
   • Emergency vehicle access, kept open at all times
5. 05

   Takedown & record

   We remove the setup, restore normal flow, and leave you the documentation that makes the site audit-ready.

   What you're left with

   • Every device removed, normal flow restored
   • A documented record of how the site was set up
   • Paperwork that stands up to a WorkSafeBC audit
   • A crew you can call again tomorrow
